Our Mission at Mansfield Paintball is to surpass all other fields in customer satisfaction. By recruiting and training the best referees, maintaining the cleanest playing fields, committing ourselves to providing exciting adventurous paintball fields and cultivating a safe, friendly sporting environment for both experienced and beginner players. Mansfield Paintball promises to dedicate itself to building positive, helpful customer relationships that will not only meet, but also exceed your customer expectations.
To ensure that we achieve our mission, our referees and staff regularly participate in training meetings that are specifically designed to:
- Discuss current and upcoming trends
- Assess customer safety
- Acknowledge and review player feedback
- Provide opportunities to ensure that all policies and procedures are reviewed and implemented on a regular basis.
In addition to our general park safety rules, and to ensure the safety of our younger players, we also invite you to review our specially designed set of rules for players ages 6 – 13.
